Your first session with me is an investment of $111, payment in full is required when booking your appointment (taken over the phone with a debit or credit card and your receipt is sent as a text message). Your session will last roughly one hour and thirty minutes in length and will include your Colonic, a Body Composition which will tell you your true weight, metabolic age, how much water you have in your body and your body fat percentage. In conclusion I will create a one-month plan of action detailing your nutritional needs, herbal recommendations and how often you should see me.

Yoni Steaming
Yoni Steam is an old wise woman way of healing yourself directly through your yoni. An herbal blend is made for you; herbs will be specific to your condition–herbs are brewed in a steam pot, and this is placed under your open seated chair; blankets and sheets are wrapped around your torso to create a kind of sweat lodge for your lower torso. You sit and receive the moist warmth of the healing steam. It enters your body directly through your yoni and penetrates to your uterus, pelvis, even up a deep central channel connecting to your heart…
Yoni steams, or V steams, or Vaginal steams are an old womanly healing art and they are becoming popular again. They are certainly part of the Maya healing lineage, and used mainly to cleanse the uterus when there are menstrual difficulties, or after birth and with menopause to completely clean the womb when finished bleeding. They are popular in Central America, India, Eastern Europe, and in Korea where women use them regularly as part of their hygiene.

Iridology Reading
Iridology is the science and art of observing marks in the Iris that occurs as reflex response to specific tissue conditions in each body organ. Information from each organ is conveyed by nerve connections and terminates in the corresponding sector of the right or left Iris, causing changes visible upon magnification as variously shaped and colored marks. Includes a consultation and a herbal one month plan of action.
