Our Policy…
Arriving For Your Appointment: For all services pleasearrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late willsimply limit the time for your service, however, you will still be charged forthe full value of your treatment.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used within 6 months from date of purchase.
Deposits for group services may be required and can be placed on your credit card.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to treatments will be charge full price of service scheduled. No shows will be charged full value of service.

If you book appointments for more than one person, you will be responsible for the charges for all appointments you booked should the group fail to show and to cancel with 48 hours notice. Charges will be applied against your creditcard.
Payments: We gladly accept Visa, Master card, Discover, American express orATM/debit card. We do not accept checks. There is a small convenience fee of $3.50 to use your card.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cell Phones: For the benefit of everyone, we ask that you silence your cell phone while receiving a service. Please do not use your cell phone in the building. Kindly take or make calls outside.
Gift Cards/Certificates are available for purchase and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable if lost or stolen. There is a 90 day expiration date on all gift cards/certificates.
